In order to accelerate the billing process, we have set up a digital and automated management solution for our suppliers’ invoices with the help of our partner Basware.

What are the benefits for your company?

This solution guarantees better collaboration between our companies: it does not require any changes in your invoicing system, and like many of our suppliers, you will benefit from:

Your own Online Company profile, displaying all your pending invoices, their processing status and visibility over payment in real time.

Reduction in administrative costs (printing, mailing, postage), as well as reduction in billing disputes.

An experienced and responsive team for all your matters

1. Register your company on our Basware portal

You will be asked your company's basic information:

Your company name
Your company ID and VAT number
Your postal address
As well as the e-mail address from which your invoices will be sent (we advise you to choose a generic address, such as accounts@domain-name.com)

Then simply confirm your email and activate the PDF e-invoice service and that's it, you are registered!

2. You can already start sending us your invoices

Some advice for a quicker billing process:

Your PDF files must not be images or scans. They need to be text PDFs
One invoice = 1 PDF
You can attach several PDF invoices to your email
Don't forget to add our SAP purchase order number starting with 4500xxxxxx on your invoices
